Amla
Amla is the most widely used herb in ayurvedic medicines- it contains more than 80% of water besides protein, carbohydrates, fibre, minerals and vitamins. It also contains gallic acid, which is a potent polyphenol. It is best used in haircare and maintenance. It assures a smooth hair and enhances the hair growth by reducing split ends and abolishing dandruff from hair.
