Microsoft recently announced an operating system named Windows Azure which is an operating system for the cloud. The new operating system will serve as the building block for the Azure services platform that will help developers to build applications for all devices ranging from the cloud to the data-centers, phones and more. Windows Azure’s main feature is that it provides developers with on-demand compute and storage to host. It is also used to manage web applications on the Internet through Microsoft data centers.
